Since C.M.Settings holds no stock of * finished items, precious metals or gemstones, all materials are specially obtained per customer order.
This requires a commitment deposit of 50% of our quote.
No materials will be ordered or work begun before this payment has been paid or cleared.
* Specials- are "stocked" one-off and available for immediate purchase.
* Purchases are 100% refundable within 14 days (providing they are still in pristine condition).**
** Deposit is non-refundable on engraved or personalised items.
A 14 day approval or "cooling-period" will take effect on delivery of finished goods as the law states.You may return goods within this period and be refunded according to the above terms.
Please return goods by Insured mail and properly packaged as you are responsible for the safety of any items in your possesion.
Any goods should be checked on delivery for any damage or faults and please notify us immediately if any problems.
All goods are subject to availability
We have the right at our discretion to refuse your order or supply you goods if we so wish.
We will return your deposit in full if we cannot supply your order or alternative goods if agreed.
Any goods shall remain the property of C.M.Settings until full payment has been made.
A binding contract is only made when you recieve confirmation that your order has been accepted and the deposit has been recieved.
We promise to try to deliver within the estimated timescale, however we will not compromise quality of workmanship nor be held liable for any compensation or damages for late arrivals due to delays or other problems occuring outside our control.
Any weights or measurements of metals or gemstones are usually accurate though slight variations are possible and we will make this known to you in advance.
We will re-size any ring once for free within 30 days of purchase, though be aware certain designs are impossible to re-size!
Own stones- Sometimes customers wish to re-set their existing stones into new designs... we can do this, however we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur however unlikely due to the unknown nature or source of the gemstones.Please be aware of this and take out insurance if you wish beforehand.(make sure insurance covers setting risks)!
